Welcome to the Northern Elite Strike Eagle! My name is Randy Scrocca and I have been coaching soccer for the past 7 years. Fall 2017 was my first season with the Northern Elite Soccer Club. My previous coaching experience was with the Hickory Recreation program, coaching multiple teams ranging in age from U6 through U13.  For the last 4 years with Hickory, I coached all-star teams from the Hickory Recreation program in the Fallston Cup Tournament, achieving 1st and 2nd place finishes.

My approach in coaching soccer is to focus on teaching the players how to expand and apply their skills as part of a team in game situations. We focus on development of skills, soccer knowledge, game awareness and decision making. Teamwork, good sportsmanship, selflessness, and respect for teammates, coaches, opponents and officials are stressed at all times. 

We teach and promote the value of playing as a cohesive unit with all successes being shared as a team.
