Coaching Philosophy
Create a "Team First" environment with an emphasis on promoting enthusiasm, team spirit, good sportsmanship, and to enhance their skill and knowledge level after every training session and match.

As head coach of the 2013 Lady Spurs, my goal will be to create a sustainable club program that will allow out young athletes to develop in their craft while building friendships, good character traits and valuable life lessons.
