The Cyclones is a team focused on preparing girls to compete at the travel/club level and in high school. Team philosophy is based on teamwork, how to deal with and overcome failure, and the importance of hard work and effective communication. Steve has experience coaching youth sports in Harford County over the past 10 years, including four years with the Northern Elite program. He played travel soccer and baseball through high school and played Division I baseball for the University of Maryland. He believes in creating a positive environment to challenge players to learn and improve.
